Disrupt what isn't working for students
We started in Cleveland with a simple question: what would it take for the students schools struggle to reach to see themselves as capable? The answer was skills they could observe in themselves, taught through experiences that felt real, by adults who stayed.

What we believe
We are shaped by our experiences and upbringing. Expanding opportunity starts with reflecting on our own, and with partnering with every stakeholder, student, staff, and family, through that same mindful approach.
Four commitments in every program
Measurable, observable behavior
We describe what a student does and the help involved, and we measure change on the same items over time. Our lead facilitator holds an ABA certificate and is completing supervision.
Authentic learning experiences
Career exploration, budgeting, debate, mock interviews, and real problems from the student's own week. Executive functioning and college and career readiness are taught together, because skills stick when the task matters.
Trauma-informed and restorative
Relationship before content. Restorative questioning and small, celebrated wins build the confidence students need to try again.
MTSS in action
Frameworks tell schools what supports to build; we deliver them. One-to-one interventions, institutes that teach a skill over time, and multi-informant data, a self-report and a staff report, behind every individualized plan.
Cleveland roots, national reach
We are based at 2580 East 93rd Street in Cleveland, Ohio, with active partnerships across Northeast Ohio buildings and programs available to schools and youth organizations nationwide, in person and remotely.
